Titanium alloy has features of lower density, lighter weight, higher strength and is extremely resistant to corrosion. The alloy is an advanced acoustic material. The use of titanium material on an acoustic device, with faster sound transmission and resonance effects, can significantly improve the quality and sound.
There are two types of Titanium endpins, one Hollow and one Solid and they have different sound effects.
The Hollow could improve the sound of a violin that has a slow reaction or small volume of sound or no clear sound. The solid endpin (to order) could improve the sound of a violin that is too loud.
The hollow endpin has a synthetic screw in the end, which can easily be removed with a small screwdriver and allows you to view inside the belly of the instrument.
Both the Hollow and the Solid endpin are available in three different sizes and both in either polished titanium (to order) or Gun Grey.
