Delivery Information

PACKAGING:-

We try to minimise / use zero plastic or non-recyclable packaging materials in our order picking and packing process. As such we use recycled cardboard mailing envelopes and boxes 

DELIVERY:-

All your free, standard and express delivery options will be show to you during the checkout process so that you can select the best option for your order.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY:-

We offer a FREE Standard delivery for all UK orders (except musical instrument sets and music cases - see below.) Orders will generally be despatched within two workings day after completing your purchase. Faster deliveries are also available as a paid option.

Our standard deliveries are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter Service / 2nd Cass Parcel. Small items such as strings & rosins can be posted through the letter box without requirement to sign for or be at home for - but with a fully tracked service for your peace of mind.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY orders should arrive with you within 3 - 5 working days of your order.

We also offer a paid for EXPRESS DELIVERY service that you can select during the checkout. Express orders will be despatched on the next working day via 1st Class Royal Mail and should arrive within 2 - 3 working days of your order being placed.

LARGE ITEM DELIVERY:-

Large items, such as music instruments and music cases, cost £4.49 for standard UK delivery (3 - 5 working days) - An Express delivery service is also available for £7.99 (delivery eta being 2 working days after your order has been placed.)
